JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Ultimately, our staff take on a “bottoms-up” posture in all that they do, striving to support and serve the ministry they’re a part of and people they’re working with – no matter the form this takes throughout the summer: unclogging a toilet, helping dish up tater tots, or rotating to another position or department when asked. All staff will work together to ensure that guests, campers, and other staff members are able to enjoy a safe experience at Cascades.
