Salary

First 3 to Apply:
The first three applicants who schedule an interview will receive a “Prep for the Summer” Pack, that includes a $50 REI/Dicks gift card, a custom mug, and stickers to get you pumped for the coming summer.​

Hired and a Performance Hoodie:
Be one of the first twenty to apply, interview and accept a position on staff to receive a limited edition lightweight, performance Cascades hoodie.

Refer a Friend Bonus:
If you worked on summer staff between 2024-2026, refer a friend who has never attended a Cascades event or previously been on staff. A $200 cash bonus per friend will be given at the beginning of the summer to the referrer, once their friend applies and mentions the referrer in their application, proceeds through the hiring process, is hired, and works on summer staff in 2027 for a minimum of 8 weeks. - No limit.

Early Application Bonus:
Complete an interview by Feb. 1, work with us through the end of the day August 14th, and work a minimum of 7 weeks to receive a $200 cash bonus.​​ This bonus will be retracted if the recipient does not return completed hiring paperwork within the requested time frame, or if their time off results in working less than 7 weeks.

Long Haul Bonus:
Stay through the end of day September 6th and work a minimum of 10 weeks to receive an additional $500 cash bonus at the end of your summer employment season. This bonus can be added to the Early Application Bonus for a total of $700. This bonus will be retracted if the recipient does not return completed hiring paperwork within the requested time frame, or if their time off results in working less than 10 weeks.
